Triteia Automatic Polymer solution Preparation Systems

 

Polymeric flocculants are used in the processes of water and waste water filtration, clarification and dewatering. Where large quantities of flocculation chemicals are used, in remote areas or when liquid storage space is limited, the usage of concentrated powder chemicals is preferred, requiring on-site solid to liquid solution production.

 

Triteia offers complete and automatic preparation and dosing systems for the full preparation process of flocculant solutions from powder polyelectrolytes. These systems are based on the standard Triteia dosing feeders and on the Triteia control platform. Triteia polymer preparation systems are specially configured for the specific dissolution properties and requirements of polyelectrolyte chemicals.

 

Triteia offers several standard polymer preparation systems:

  • Single tank automatic batch systems with one powder feeder and one solution preparation tank equipped with an electric stirrer.
  • Two solution tanks based systems for automatic batch preparation process based on an alternating solution preparation principle – allowing constant availability of prepared chemical solution.
  • Two or three chamber systems for a continuous flocculant preparation processes.

In addition to controlling the full process of flocculant solution preparation, Triteia polymer systems control also the dilution and dosing of the solution.

PAC dosing systems by Triteia

 

Powder Activated Carbon (PAC) particles are very small and have high adsorption properties. This make PAC ideal for removal of contaminants including micropollutants from waste water and water by dosing it to different processes in the filtration and separation stages.

 

It requires the operation of accurate powder dosage and slurry preparation system, proportional to the required PAC concentration and process flow.

 

Triteia PAC systems were designed for small to medium process capacities. As in all other Triteia systems, our PAC systems offer a comprehensive solution, from the storage and the controlled and accurate dosage of the powder through to the preparation and transfer of the PAC slurry.
We offer several system sizes for constant dosage of aprox. 4 – 18 Kg/h with peak dosage capacity of 24 Kg/h in resolution of aprox. 5g .
