Any reference herein to the masculine gender – shall be taken to include the feminine gender. Any reference herein to the singular – shall be taken to include plural.

Treitel Ltd. (Hereinafter: “Treitel”) hereby makes this website (hereinafter: the “Website”) available to you (hereinafter: the “User”). The Website contains a wide variety of information (hereinafter: the “Information”). Any use of the Website, including any future use, constitutes your consent to all the terms of use and to the privacy policy as specified below (hereinafter, jointly: the “Regulations”), as updated from time to time. If you do not agree to all or any of the terms hereunder, you may not use the Website.

Except for the purposes of your private use, you may not copy, transfer, distribute or store the contents of the Website, in whole or in part, temporarily or permanently, in any form whatsoever, without obtaining the consent of Treitel in advance and in writing. This agreement grants you only with a permission to use the Website.

Treitel reserves the right to amend, delete and/or add new provisions to the provisions hereof, at any time, without being subject to any obligation to provide any notice in advance and/or retroactively. Any addition and/or change made with respect to the Website, its contents and/or these terms will be binding upon you, once you continued to use the Website.


The Contents and Information on the Website and its Availability

The Website, including any content and/or Information included therein, are provided by Treitel on an as-is and as-available basis. Treitel is not responsible for the contents, integrity, reliability or accuracy of any information or data that is contained in the Website and/or transmitted to you through it (hereinafter: the “Information”). User hereby exempts Treitel from any claim and/or demand for any loss or damage, direct or indirect, caused as a result of relying on the Information or any use of the Information. The aforesaid will apply also to any Information appearing in links to other websites and/or Information that appears on websites accessible through the Website. In addition, all the images on the Website are presented for illustration purposes only.


Prohibited Uses on the Website

In addition, and without derogating from the provisions of these Articles hereinabove and hereinafter, you may not perform the following acts and/or actions while using the Website or its contents, without first obtaining a permission from Treitel, in advance and in writing:

  • To use them for any commercial purposes;
  • To copy, reproduce, change, process, translate, reverse-engineer, distribute, broadcast, present, perform, duplicate, publish and store the contents of the Website, in whole or in part;
  • To disrupt or infringe any right of any other user of the Website, including the right to privacy and/or collect personal information on users of the Website without their explicit consent in writing, including through automatic means;
  • To harm the dignity or privacy of other users and/or use the Website and/or its contents in order to harm the reputation of any person and/or to publish inciting, fraudulent, deceitful or libelous contents and/or any other Information that is false, unreliable or might willfully cause harm.

Any failure to meet the foregoing restrictions might lead to the denial of your access to the Website and might even expose you to civil and/or criminal liability under any law.



Treitel will not be held responsible in any way whatsoever in connection with the Information appearing on the Website. Without derogating from the generality of the foregoing, Treitel will be under no obligation to award, nor shall not be liable, directly or indirectly, for awarding any compensation, including random or special compensation, including compensation for loss of profits, which is caused as a result of the Information and/or the use or inability to use the Website and/or the Information and/or any matter related to them.

Treitel shall not be held liable for any damage and/or loss and/or expense caused due to any malfunction or flaw obstructing the receipt of information, including those deriving, directly or indirectly, from any malfunction or flaw affecting the internet or the cellular network.


Privacy Policy

Treitel may collect and use unidentifiable information collected or accumulated regarding the User in the course of its use of the Website, for operational, marketing and statistical purposes, and it may deliver non-personal statistical data to third parties, among other purposes, in order to improve, enrich or modify (including a modification of the Website as it is presented to the User) the Website, the services and the contents provided on the Website, and in order to update Users with respect to promotions and/or services offered by Treitel, all subject to the terms hereof, as updated from time to time.

for the avoidance of doubt, it shall be hereby clarified that filling-in the details of the User on the Website and/or on pages related to it constitutes the User’s consent for the delivery of promotional/marketing materials. Any mail item that will be sent will enable the User to unsubscribe from the mailing list, all in compliance with the Telecommunications (Bezeq and Broadcasts) Law (Amendment no. 40), 5768 – 2008.

Treitel will not deliver any personal details of the User to advertisers and/or third parties (except to sister companies or subsidiaries) unless it obtained the consent of the User and/or in accordance with the terms hereof and as provided below.

It shall be hereby clarified that the User is under no obligation by law to provide Information as above and below specified. However, filling-in some of the fields during various registration procedures on the Website might serve a prerequisite for using certain functions on the Website or through it. User hereby warrants and undertakes that all the Information it provides and/or updates on the Website is correct, reliable and accurate and that it will carry out the registration and/or provide the Information only on its behalf and for it alone, and not on the behalf and/or for any other person, except where it was explicitly permitted to do so.

In the framework of your use of the Website, the following details might be automatically collected and stored: your internet service provider details, your Internet Protocol details (IP address) and domain name for the purpose of access to the Website, location and details of the device or computer used while accessing the Website, including information regarding registration to certain services through the Website and the use of such services through the device and/or computer in your possession.


Intellectual Property, Rights to the Website and to its Contents

The Triteia trademark is the exclusive property and the registered trademark of Treitel. All the other marks on the Website are proprietary marks of Treitel and/or of their owners, as applicable. All the proprietary rights, including intellectual property rights, to the Website and the services, including to the design of the applications through which the use is made, and to any software, application, software code, graphics and text files and to any other material included in the Website, are the exclusive property of Treitel and/or of third parties, and they will remain under their complete ownership at any time.

All types of texts and/or codes and/or images and/or trademarks and/or photographs and/or video clips and/or any other contents appearing on the Website may not be copied, distributed, duplicated, sold, translated and/or go through any other action, commercial or other, unless Treitel provided its consent to this effect, in writing and in advance.


Statute of Limitation and Governing Law

Without derogating from the provisions hereof, the User hereby approves and agrees that the statute of limitation period with respect to every action and/or claim and/or demand against Treitel and/or against third parties related to the User’s use of the Website, will be limited to 6 months and all the parties deem this clause an ‘agreement on the statute of limitation period’ within the meaning of this term under Section 19 of the Statute of Limitation Law, 5718 – 1958.

The law governing the use of the Website, including these Terms of Use, shall be the Israeli law exclusively. The exclusive jurisdiction applicable to any dispute related to the Website and/or to its usage and/or to any matter related thereto is vested exclusively in the competent court in Tel Aviv – Yafo and to it alone.
