Statute of Limitation and Governing Law
Without derogating from the provisions hereof, the User hereby approves and agrees that the statute of limitation period with respect to every action and/or claim and/or demand against Treitel and/or against third parties related to the User’s use of the Website, will be limited to 6 months and all the parties deem this clause an ‘agreement on the statute of limitation period’ within the meaning of this term under Section 19 of the Statute of Limitation Law, 5718 – 1958.
The law governing the use of the Website, including these Terms of Use, shall be the Israeli law exclusively. The exclusive jurisdiction applicable to any dispute related to the Website and/or to its usage and/or to any matter related thereto is vested exclusively in the competent court in Tel Aviv – Yafo and to it alone.
